End User License Agreement (EULA) & Privacy Policy

This document outlines the Terms and Conditions for all apps, games, and websites developed and owned by QR Code Scanner & Reader (“QR Code Scanner & Reader,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our products, you are placing your trust in us, and we are committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining that trust. Please review this Agreement carefully. Agreement Overview

By downloading or using QR Code Scanner & Reader, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not accept these terms, you may not use our products. Your continued use confirms that:

  • You accept and agree to these terms.

  • You are legally authorized to bind yourself or an organization you represent.

  • You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

For users who process personal data of residents in the European Economic Area (EEA), our Data Processing Addendum (DPA) applies in addition to this Agreement. In case of conflict, the DPA will take priority.

We may occasionally update this Agreement. Continued use of our products after updates means you accept the revised terms. We may also discontinue features or restrict access without prior notice or liability.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use QR Code Scanner & Reader for unlawful activities under U.S. or other applicable laws. Misuse or violations may result in immediate termination of access, with or without notice.

License Grant

Subject to compliance with this Agreement (and payment of any applicable fees), QR Code Scanner & Reader grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use our apps. This license does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights. All rights remain with QR Code Scanner & Reader.

Key points:

  • You may install the app on one device you own or control.

  • You may not distribute, resell, copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the app.

  • You may not use our intellectual property (such as proprietary interfaces or content) to develop or distribute third-party products.

  • Unauthorized use will immediately terminate your rights under this Agreement.

Upon termination, you must stop using and delete the app from your device.

Your Data

  • We do not collect personal data such as names, emails, or phone numbers unless you voluntarily provide it (e.g., through support requests).

  • Any information you share will be kept confidential and used only to respond to your inquiry.

  • You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at qamarhussainrashidahmad@gmail.com.

Advertising Data

  • Some versions of the app display ads. Non-personal data (such as device identifiers like Google Advertiser ID) may be collected for ad personalization outside the EU.

  • In the EU, only non-personalized ads are shown, based on user consent.

  • You can adjust your device settings to limit ad tracking.

Cookies

QR Code Scanner & Reader does not directly use cookies. However, third-party ad and analytics partners may use cookies for their services. Please refer to their privacy policies for opt-out options.

App Permissions

The app may request internet access in order to:

  • Images and files

  • Display ads

  • Collect anonymous usage analytics

  • Provide external links or updates

In-App Purchases

Some features may be available through in-app purchases. All purchases are subject to this Agreement.

Social Media

Our apps may include sharing functions (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp). We do not collect any data from your social media accounts through these features.

Data Sharing with Authorities

In cases of fraud, illegal activity, or valid legal requests, QR Code Scanner & Reader may share data with authorities or trusted partners. Data may also be shared with your consent if required to protect the rights and safety of users.

Opting Out

  • If you do not want your device ID or IP address used for advertising, you can stop using the app or make an in-app purchase to remove ads.

  • In the EU, ads are displayed only after consent.

Age Restrictions

QR Code Scanner & Reader does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not provide any personal information. Parents or guardians who believe their child has shared such data should contact us at qamarhussainrashidahmad@gmail.com, and we will remove it promptly.

Changes to this Agreement

We may revise this Agreement or Privacy Policy at any time by posting updates on this page. Updates are effective immediately. Continued use of the app means you accept the new terms.
